ABT新剂型生根粉处理银杏嫩枝扦插育苗试验初报

Experiment on Tender Branch Cuttings of Ginkgo BilobaTreated with New Dosepattern of ABTRoot Creation Powder

银杏嫩枝分别用ＡＢＴ新剂型生根粉（６、７、８号）２０×１０－６、５０×１０－６、１００×１０－６浓度水溶液浸泡处理扦插育苗试验结果，处理扦插苗平均成活中均比对照高，其中以６号５０×１０－６、１００×１０－６和７号１００×１０－６浓度处理有顶芽、粗０．３ｃｍ以上的插穗为宜，平均成活率最高，为８６．９％，最好为１００×１０－６浓度，成活率均达１００％。

Tender branch cuttings of Ginkgo have been planted after being steeped in water solu- tion of new dose pattern of ABT Root Creation powder with concentration of 20ppm, 50ppm and 100 ppm respectively, The result showed that the average survival percentage of treats was higher than that of the CK. lt was more practical for the cuttings with terrninal bud and 0.3cm or more in girth to be treated with the solution of 50ppm and 100ppm of No. 6 and 100ppm of No. 7, whose average survival rate was 86.9%. The most effective treat was the 100ppm solution, whose survival rate reached 100%.
