外伤性白内障人工晶体植入手术时机的探讨 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨外伤性白内障人工晶状体植入手术时机的选择。方法:对126例(126眼)外伤性白内障手术的人工晶状体植入时机、并发症的发生率及恢复、视力的矫正等进行回顾性分析。结果:一期植入87例,二期植入39例,两组手术后的矫正视力较术前均得到显著提高,两组间的术前视力及术后视力并无显著差异;一期植入的并发症发生率较二期植入要高,但通过治疗可得到较好恢复;一期植入更能促进双眼单视功能的恢复。结论:对于外伤性白内障患者,只要掌握好适应证,应努力争取行一期植入术,及时处理术中术后并发症,复杂的外伤性白内障术后仍能获得较好的视力,并能促进恢复双眼单视功能。 Objective : To investigate the surgical timing of intraocular lens (IOL) implantation for the patients with traumatic cataract. Methods:The surgical timing of IOL implantation, the ratio of complications, and correction of visual acuity in 126 cases (126 eyes) with traumatic cataract after operation were analysed respectivel): Results: In the 126 eyes, 87 eyes received primarily IOL implantation and 39 eyes received secondary IOL implantation, there were no significant difference in preoperative visual acuity or postoperative corrective visual acuity between the primary and the secondary IOL implantation. There were more complications happened in the patients received primary IOL implantation than that in the patients received secondary IOL implantation, but almost could correct afrer suitable treatment, and patients could get better binocular vision recovery in primary IOL implantation. Conclusion:Suitable surgical timing and control of intraoperative and postoperative complications in time enable most patients to get better visual acuity and recover the binocular vision. The primary implantation of IOL should be done for the patients with traumatic cataract in proper time.
