摘要
比较分析了(GB 50189-2005《)公共建筑节能设计标准》和(JGJ 26-95《)民用建筑节能设计标准(采暖居住建筑部分)》对采暖地区建筑地面热工性能的要求,前者用热阻表示,而后者则用传热系数表示。由于两者都是国家现行民用建筑节能设计标准,对于相同围护结构性能要求理应采用相同指标表示。根据计算地面传热的方法,建议在(GB 50189-2005《)公共建筑节能设计标准》修订时使用传热系数来表征地面的热工性能,以方便工程应用。
The index for thermal performance of ground in " Design standard for energy efficiency of public buildings" (GB 50189- 2005)was compared with that in "Energy conservation design standard for ncw heating residential buildings" (JGJ 26-95). The former was denoted with thermal resistance while the latter was denoted with heat transfer coefficient. In view of the two standards mentioned above are both current national standards for energy efficiency of civil buildings, it is supposed to be consistent. Based on the method dealing with heat transfer through ground, heat transfer coefficient should be used to indicate thermal performance of ground in a revision for "Design standard for energy efficiency of public buildings" (GB 50189-2005), which provides more convenience for engineering implementation.
