蒸压加气混凝土砌块具有保温隔热等优点,作为新型节能墙体材料已被广泛推广应用。可是,采用这种砌块砌筑的墙面抹灰后往往会出现空鼓、裂缝甚至大面积脱落等质量通病。分析了产生质量通病的主要原因,并根据监理实践提出有效的防治措施。

Autoclaved aerated concrete block with heat preservation and insulation performanee has been widely used as a new type of energy efficiency wall panel material. Nevertheless, wall panels mode flora such blocks frequently suffer from common quality problems such as hollowing, cracking and even large area falling off. The major causes of such common quality problems were analyzed, and effective prevention measures were proposed according to the construction supervision experience.
