摘要
加气混凝土砌块作为新型墙体材料,已广泛应用于建筑市场。由于许多产品性能难以满足建筑质量而影响其应用。通过对原材料的研究分析,采用严格的工艺制度,发明并研制出高性能加气混凝土砌块,增强了原有产品的性能,降低了干燥收缩值,有效地控制了砌块在外墙使用中出现裂缝,充分发挥出其保温隔热的功效,促进了建筑节能墙体自保温技术的向前发展。
As a new material for wall, aerated concrete blocks have been widely used in building market. Because the performance of many praducts can not meet the quality of construction, their application was affected. On the basis of the research for raw materials and stringent technology system used in production process, high-performance aerated concrete blocks were invented and developed, and the performance of products was improved and the dry shrinkage value was reduced. Thus, the cracking in wall was effectively controlled, products insulation performance was adequately displayed, and the development of the building self-iusulation technology was promoted.
