The management processes of demonstration pilot project of the application in renewable energy buildings were introduced, as well as the relationship between the detection and the evaluation. And the detection and evaluation indicators were established, thus the evaluation index system was built. AHP （Analytic Hierarchy Process） was used to determine the reference indicators weight and design scores, the results of the assessment were given, which provide a basis for assessing the demonstration pilot project of the application in renewable energy buildings.
