摘要
现代生活方式下体育观念的转变,闲暇时间的增多和物质生活水平的提高以及"现代生活方式病"的增多,成为健身项目推广的动力与保证;在此基础上提出了健身项目推广的基本思路:对现有竞技运动项目的推广、对我国民族体育项目挖掘改良后推广、及根据参与全民健身活动不同群体的需要、不同地域特点进行推广,为开展普及全民健身运动提供理论指导。
The transformation of the opinions on sports, the increasing of the leisure time, the improvement in the quality of life, and the increasingly modern-life diseases provide power and guarantee for the popularization of the body--building events. Based on it, this paper brings forward the plan of popularization of the body--building events, including popularizing the existing athletics, excavating, perfecting and then popularizing national traditional sports, and popularizing according to the various needs of different people and different regional characteristics. The aim of this is to provide theoretical reference for carrying out national fitness activity.
