摘要
本研究从身体练习的过程是新的身体知得以发生和形成的认知过程,身体练习的有效性取决于它们与学生所欠缺的身体知之间是否具有对应关系这一立场为出发点,提出了目标技能的选择不能超过学生的最近发展区、身体练习是蕴涵着新的身体知的载体、以及围绕目标技能形成的身体练习是由身体动作、运动条件和关注点三个要素所构成的观点。
Based on the point that new physical movement cognition comes into being in the process of physical exercise and the effectiveness of it depends on whether it is corresponding to the learners' physical movement cognition they lack , we conclude that targeted skills should not go beyond students' "zone of proximal development"; physical exercise is the vector of new phys- ical movement cognition; physical exercise for the sake of targeted skills contains physical action, exercise conditions and the concern point.
