从图书馆读者投诉的起因说起,通过分析读者投诉的内容和形式,阐述了读者投诉和图书馆服务的密切联系,并提出了妥善处理读者投诉的对策。
This article cause from the library readers'complaints,through analyzes the content and the form which the reader complaint,elaborated the readers'complaints and the library service close relation,and proposed processes the countermeasure which properly the readers'complaints.
