三峡水利枢纽工程机电设计关键技术研究概述 被引量:1

摘要 长江三峡水利枢纽规模宏大,枢纽建筑物多,运行条件复杂,其机电工程设计存在诸多世界性难题,长江委设计院自20世纪50年代起,即开展三峡水利枢纽的机电设计研究。这些研究包括:700 MW水轮发电机组总体设计、主厂房1 200 t/125 t单小车桥式起重机、电站装机进度、电气主接线设计、500 kV G IS、接地技术、大电流封闭母线、计算机监控系统总体设计、励磁系统方案设计及干式励磁变压器的研究、发电机继电保护、通信系统、五级船闸监控系统、蜗壳保温保压装置设计、双线五级船闸消防设计。上述设计研究大多处于世界水电技术的先进水平。三峡水利枢纽现已全部完工,开始发挥综合效益。 TGP can be characterized as large scale and multi-structure projects with complicated operation condition facing worldwide challenge on most of its electro-mechanical design.Since 1950s,Design Institute of Changjiang Water Resources Commission has conducted a series of researches on electro-mechanical design of TGP including general design of 700 MW hydro generating unit,single hoist over-head crane with capacity of 1 200 t/125 t in main power house,unit installation procedure,500 kV GIS,earthing technology,large current enclosed bus,general design of computer control and supervision system,excitation system design and dry type excitation transformer,protective-relay device for generator,communication system,supervision system for 5-step ship lock,temperature insulation and pressure maintaining device for spiral case,fire protection design for 5-step ship lock.Most of abovementioned designs and researches has achieved the advanced level in the world.TGP has been completed at present and begun to yield comprehensive benefits.
