三峡右岸及地下电站监控系统总体方案设计 被引量:7

General design for monitoring system of TGP right bank power station and underground power station

摘要 三峡右岸电站及地下电站分别装设了12台及6台700 MW水轮发电机组,两电站500 kV母线之间设置有一回联络线,电站监控系统采取了统一设计、分步实施方案。就右岸电站及地下电站工程规模、时间跨度及调度运行方式等方面对监控系统总体设计方案的影响进行了具体分析,对独立系统及一体化设计两种设计方案的优、缺点进行了对比,并对采用一体化设计方案的监控系统结构、设备配置及系统功能设计等方面采取的相应措施进行了介绍。 The right bank power station and underground power station are equipped with 12 and 6 700MW hydro generating units respectively.A connection line is designed between two 500kV main buses of abovementioned power stations.The monitoring system for the two power stations is designed in a unified way and implemented in stages.This paper concretely analyzes the influencing factors to general design of the monitoring system in the aspects of the project scale,time period,operations and dispatching method of the right bank and underground power stations,compares the advantages and disadvantages of independent system and integrated design,and introduces the adopted measures in monitoring system structure,equipment configuration and system functions of unified design.
