丙泊酚配伍米索前列醇用于人工流产的220例分析

摘要 目的:探讨丙泊酚配伍米索前列醇用于人工流产的临床效果。方法:将我院2007年1月-2007年12月自愿无痛人工流产健康未产妊娠或有剖宫产史妊娠妇女随机分成2组,观察组阴道放置米索前列醇,丙泊酚静脉麻醉;对照组单纯用丙泊酚静脉麻醉。结果:观察组在无阻力扩宫、手术时间、术中术后出血的量和出血的时间明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:米索前列醇术前2h阴道放置,丙泊酚无痛人工流产简单易行,效果好,安全性高,值得推广。 OBJECTIVE To explore the abortions clinical effect using propofol and misoprostol. METHODS 220 health having painless abortion or volunstees pregnancy-cesarean section history of pregnant women were randomly divided into two groups, the test group placed vaginal misoprostol, intravenous anesthetic propofol, and control group only by intravenous anesthetic propofol. RESULTS Test group was in better than the control expanding group womb resistance, the operative time, the amount of bleeding and hemorrhage time (P〈0.05). CONCLUSION It is simple, effective safe method to place misoprostol in the vagina two hours before placing operation and using, propofol for painless abortion.
