缩甲醛类胶粘剂中游离甲醛含量的测定

Determination of free formaldehyde content in formal adhesive

现行GB18583-2001标准中是采用乙酰丙酮分光光度法来检测胶粘剂中的游离甲醛含量,但是,在高温及强酸性环境中,缩甲醛类胶粘剂会与去甲醛剂发生水解反应,分解出10倍于原产品的游离甲醛。因此,采用GB18583-2001标准已经不能准确测定出缩甲醛类胶粘剂中游离甲醛的真实含量。通过对原有标准进行适当改进,提出了适用于缩甲醛类胶粘剂中游离甲醛含量的检测方法,经实验验证后得知,采用改进的检测方法,所得测试结果比较准确。

The free formaldehyde content in adhesive was determinated by spectrophotometry with acetylacetone in GB 18 583-2001 standard. But the formal adhesive and de-formaldehyde reagent could be occur a hydrolysis to decompose free formaldehyde by ten times amount of the original product in the surrounding of high temperature and strong acid. therefore, the real content of free formaldehyde in formal adhesive couldn＇t be determinated accurately by GB 18 583-2001. A suitable determination method of free formaldehyde content was presented in formal adhesive when original standard was modified, the experiment verification showed that the tested results of free formaldehyde content was more accurate by modified determination method.
