光度法测定新疆阿魏中多糖的含量 被引量:7

摘要 采用苯酚-硫酸光度法对新疆阿魏中多糖含量进行了测定。测定波长485 nm,多糖换算因子f=3.179,在10.0~70.0 mg·L-1范围内吸光度与被测物含量呈线性关系,方法的回收率在98.6%~102.2%之间。方法的相对标准偏差(n=5)为0.20%。 Polysaccharides in ferula Sinkiangensis was determined by the phenol-H2SO4 photometric method. Absorbanee of the reaction product was measured at the absorption maximum of 485 nm. Pure glucose was used as standard and linearity range was found in the range of 10. 0-70. 0 mg·L^-1 of glucose. Coversion factor of glucose to polysaccharides was found to be 3. 179. Tests for recovery and precision were made, giving values of recovery in the range from 98. 6% to 102. 2%, and value of RSD (n=5) to be 0. 20%.
