摘要
将微分流技术与气相色谱-质谱相结合并应用于重芳烃中萘的定性与定量检测,用甲苯作溶剂稀释重芳烃样品制成试样溶液,测定中采用火焰离子化检测器,峰面积的测定值与相应的萘浓度在0.200 g/100 mL以内呈线性关系。对同一样品分析5次,算得测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.45%,用标准加入法进行了回收试验,测得回收率在92.8%~100.2%之间。
Micro-fluidic splittering technique was combined with GC-MS and used in qualitative and quantitative inspection of naphthalene in heavy aromatics. Samples of heavy aromatics were diluted with toluene for preparing sample solutions. FID was used in the determination. Linear relationship between values of peak area and concentration of naphthalene was obtained in the range within 0. 200 g per 100 mL of the toluene solution. Precision of the method was tested by analyzing a same sample for 5 determinations, value of RSD found was 0. 45%. Test for recovery was made by standard addition method, giving value of recovery in the range of 92. 8%-100. 2%.
