ABS塑料中阻燃剂多溴联苯醚的检测方法 被引量:6

摘要 用甲苯为溶剂在索氏萃取器中将丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ABS)塑料中用作阻燃剂的多溴联苯醚从试样中萃取分离,并经浓缩、纯化后用气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)测定其含量。此类化合物中的总溴量(萃取前、后的含量)系在另一份单独样品中按相同的方法前处理后用能量色散X射线荧光光谱法(EDXRFS)测定。对EDXRFS测定的精密度作了检测,测得其相对标准偏差(n=11)小于5%。对GC-MS测定的精密度和回收率也作了检测,测得其相对标准偏差(n=7)为1.83%,回收率在85.1%~87.1%之间,其检出限(3S/N)为0.10 mg·L-1。 Polybromated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs), used as flame retardant in ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) plastics, were extracted from the sample with toluene in a Soxhlet's extractor, and determined by GC-MS after concentration and purification. Total contents of bromine (Br) in the compounds, before and after extraction were determined by EDXRFS in a separate sample. Precision of the XRF determination was tested and values of RSD's (n=11) obtained were less than 5%. Precision and recovery of the GC-MS determination were also tested and value of RSD (n=7) found was 1.83%, and values of recovery obtained Were in the range of 85.1%-87. 1%. Detection limit (3S/N) of the GC-MS determination was found to be 0. 10 mg·L^-1.
