高龄老年高血压的研究进展 被引量：23

摘要 高龄老年高血压人群是高血压患者中的一个特殊群体。与年轻患者相比,高龄老年高血压患者发生心血管疾病的风险更高。现综述高龄老年高血压的最新认识及其研究进展,包括其概念、特点、循证医学及其干预措施。 Senile hypertensive patients are part of a special group. Compared with the young, senile hypertensive patients have higher cardiovascular risk. This article summarizes the advances in the concept, characterization, evidence-based medicine and intervention study for senile hypertensive patients.
