摘要
长期压力负荷增高引起的心肌纤维化可增加心血管不良事件的发生,严重影响高血压的预后和治疗。研究显示药物可逆转心肌纤维化以改善心脏功能。近年来发现除部分降压药外,还有很多其他药物如糜蛋白抑制剂、选择性醛固酮拮抗剂、过氧化物酶体增生物激活受体激动剂等也可逆转心肌纤维化。现就高血压性心肌纤维化的药物治疗研究报道进行综述。
Long-standing arterial hypertension can cause myocardial fibrosis, which contributes to abnormalities of cardiovascular function and seriously affects the prognosis and cure of hypertension. Research has proven that drugs can reverse myocardial fibrosis and improve heart function. Except for some anti-hypertensive drugs, many other drugs are found to can attenuate myocardial fibrosis, such as chymotrypsin inhibitor, selective aldosterone antagonists, PPAR excitomotor, et al. This paper reviews the current studies about reversing myocardial fibrosis from hypertension using drug therapy.
