脂联素及其受体与心肌梗死

Relationship Between Adiponectin,Its Receptor and Myocardial Infarction

摘要 近年的研究表明,脂肪组织不仅是储存能量器官,也是活跃的内分泌器官,脂联素是新近发现的由脂肪细胞特异性分泌的一种蛋白质,具有较高的血浆浓度。脂联素具有降糖、增加胰岛素敏感性、抗炎、抗动脉硬化等作用,与心血管疾病存在广泛的联系。心肌梗死是在冠状动脉病变的基础上,冠状动脉的血流急剧减少或中断导致心肌的缺血性坏死,属冠心病的严重类型。现就脂联素及其受体与心血管疾病中的心肌梗死的关系作一综述。 In recent years, studies show adipose tissue is not only an organ storing energy, but also a productive endocrine organ. It has recently been discovered that adiponectin is a kind of protein secreted exclusively by adipose tissue. It has a high plasma concentration. Adiponectin has the function of lowering blood glucose, increasing insulin sensitivity, counteracting inflammation and arteriosclerosis, and has a wide relationship with cardiovascular disease. Myocardial infarction is a disease of ischemic necrosis of myocardium caused by a sudden reduction or interruption of blood flow from coronary artery. It belongs to serious type of coronary heart disease. This article will review the relationship between adiponectin, its receptor and myocardial infarction.
