摘要 RNA干扰(RNA inference,RNAi)即双链RNA介导的同源mRNA特异性降解的过程。概述了RNAi的研究历史,对RNA介导的转基因沉默的机理进行了阐述并介绍了其生物学意义及应用前景。 RNA interference （RNAi） is the seqence-specific degradation of homologous mRNA which is induced by double-stranded RNA. This paper reviews the histroy of RNAi research, the mechanism of RNA-induced gene silence, the biological meaning and the application prospect.
