讨论了位置反馈传感器技术对交流同步电动机伺服驱动系统的影响,介绍了增量型编码器、旋转变压器和正弦编码器。针对特定的运动控制系统,如何选择最合适的位置反馈传感器主要取决于速度和位置的控制要求以及电机的类型。速度和位置伺服环路的动态性能和精度,在很大程度上受到位置反馈传感器分辨率和精度的影响。
This article discusses the effects of various position feedback sensor technologies on AC PMSM Servo system, It introduces incremental Encoder, Resolver and sine Encoder. For a particular motion control system, How to choose the most suitable position feedback sensor depends largely on the requirement of speed and location control, as well as the type of motor. The speed and position servo loop dynamic performance and precision is decided mainly by the position feed back sensor's resolution and accuracy.
