摘要
指出动态电流(电压、功率、转速)法测试电梯平衡系数存在的缺陷。根据平衡系数定义提出了静态重量差二次称重法测试电梯平衡系数原理:论述如何消除摩擦阻力对重量差测试结果的影响和利用测得的重量差求解传动系统机械效率,从而掌握电梯耗能情况。
This article discusses that there are some problems with the current value (voltage or power or rotational speed) testing the balance coefficient. According to the definition formula of the balance coefficient, a new testing principle have been put forward that static load difference is repeat load weighing of method direct test elevator balance coefficient principle. It also discusses that how remove friction drag to load difference test result of effect and make use of measured weight difference to find driving system machinery efficiency.
