摘要
人力资本是研究中国当前农村贫困问题的一个有效切入点。农村劳动者的知识、技能、健康、思想观念和迁移能力等人力资本存量对其家庭贫困有着重要的影响,增加人力资本投资是解决农村贫困问题的根本途径。
Human capital is an effective perspective to study the contemporary rural poverty in China. The stock of labores human capital including knowledge, skills, health, the ability of migration and ideas has an important influence on his family poverty in the rural areas,and increasing the investment in human capital is the fundamental way to resolve the problem of poverty in the rural areas in China.
