子宫内膜异位症手术后应用促性腺激素释放激素激动剂治疗的依从性调查

Survey on therapy compliance of endometriosis patients treated by gonadotrophin releasing hormone agonist

目的了解78例子宫内膜异位症患者腹腔镜手术后应用促性腺激素释放激素激动剂治疗的依从性,并提出对策。方法自行设计调查表,对78例子宫内膜异位症患者腹腔镜手术后应用促性腺激素释放激素激动剂治疗的依从性及影响因素进行调查。结果治疗依从性:规范依从53例(占68%),不规范依从25例(32%);影响依从性的主要因素是担心疗效和药物不良反应。结论对患者加强健康教育,定期随访,以提高患者的治疗依从性。

Objective To study the compliance of gonadotrophin releasing hormone agonist （GnRH--a） applied in patients with endometriosis after laparoscopic surgery and finding out strgeties. Method Investigate 78 patients with endometriosis applied GnRH--a after laparoscopic surgery from Dec. 2006 to Dec. 2007 on adverse reaction, compliance and related factors by self--designed questionnaire. Result Therapy compliance： standard compliance in 53 cases （68%） and unstand- ard compliance in 25 cases （32~）. The main factors influencing compliance are concerning about effect and adverse reaction. Conclusion Paying attention to health education of medical adverse reaction in nursing care can improve patients thera- py complicance.
