摘要
就木瓜蛋白酶对鱼粉、菜籽粕、豆饼、玉米、小麦麸、米糠等六种饲料蛋白水解作用条件进行了比较系统的研究。结果表明,该酶时6种饲料蛋白水解的最适pH在7.0附近,最适温度为70℃左右。此外还测定了酶、饲料不同比例的最适作用时间和它对各种饲料的表观消化率。
A systematic study has been conducted for the best hydrolytic conditions of forage proteins digested by papain. The forages tested were fish meal, rapeseed cake, beau cake, maize, wheat bran and rice bran. The results showed that the enzyme required an optimum PH value of 7. 0 for the hydrolysis of these forage proteins. The optimun temperature observed was 70℃. Additionally the optimal time fordigestion with different enzyme to forage ratioes was determined.
