摘要
教育公平是全体公民在受教育上享有的平等权利和机会,根据不同角度,教育公平可以有不同层面的划分。教学公平是教育公平中最重要的方面,在当前主体教学发展的关键阶段,教学中的公平问题日益引起人们的重视。主体教学公平作为一种内在的过程性公平具有四种特点:谐同性、差异性、整体性、共益性。探讨主体教学公平可以促进主体教学理论走向成熟,并进一步指导教师在教学过程中践行教学公平。
Education equity is the equal rights and opportunities which all citizens enjoy. According to different point of view, education equity can be divided into different levels. Teaching equity is the most important aspect of education equity. In the critical stage of the subject teaching development,teaching equity gets increasing attention. As an inherent and process equity,subject teaching has four properties:coordination,difference,the wholeness and common benefits. The discussion of the subject teaching equity can promote the development of theory and further guide teachers to practice teaching equity.
