微粒子化学发光法检测梅毒抗体的临床应用 被引量:23

摘要 梅毒螺旋体是梅毒的病原体,很难培养,可通过垂直传播和性传播感染。依靠临床症状、黏膜或皮肤破损样本直接查找病原体和血清学结果是诊断梅毒的主要方法。因为损伤材料只在发病早期可以获得,加之梅毒感染的自然病程存在临床症状不明显的潜伏期,故对晚期阶段和潜伏期梅毒主要诊断依据是检测其特异性抗体。
