摘要
复发性多软骨炎（relapsing polychondritis，RP）是一种病因、病理尚不十分明确的风湿性疾病，早期症状不典型，主要表现为耳、鼻软骨反复感染所致耳廓或鼻背红肿、压痛，甚至耳廓塌陷、鞍鼻形成：长期发展还可累及关节、眼、心脏、肾脏和皮肤等。临床表现为多样性，总体呈发作性和进行性改变。以‘肾上腺皮质激索治疗为主。临床较罕见，预后不佳。RP诊断以临床表现为主，病理和实验室检查为辅。当临床高度怀疑RP时，耳鼻咽喉头颈外科医师应就其诊疗问题尽早与风湿免疫科医师进行讨论和会诊，建立起常规的跨学科合作机制，为每位RP患者提供个性化诊疗方案。
