大鼠McA—RH7777肝细胞癌模型的影像学特征 被引量:2

摘要 目前用于介入治疗的大鼠富血供肝细胞癌(HCC)模型非常缺乏,通过建立HCC大鼠模型易于大批量地进行介入治疗研究,性价比高。McARH7777细胞株是上皮来源细胞,90%处于对数增长期的细胞甲胎蛋白阳性,将其接种于Buffalo大鼠肝内,能较好地模拟人HCC的生长方式。我们对大鼠McA—RH7777肝细胞癌模型,对其磁共振成像(MRI)、数字减影血管造影(DSA)及病理特征进行初步探讨,以期将其应用于介入治疗研究。
