高海拔地区LASIK后角膜上皮广泛糜烂一例
摘要
刘×× 男21岁。因“双眼红、痛，异物感，视力下降3d”于2007年6月19日来我院就诊。患者于2005年5月在我院行双眼LASIK手术，术后定期复查双眼视力5.0以上，角膜透明，前节稳定。门诊检查：视力右眼4.0，左眼4.2，双眼睑轻度肿胀，皮肤充血，结膜充血、水肿，角膜上皮广泛糜烂、水肿，角膜荧光染色弥漫性点片状着色，角膜雾状混浊。前房及后部细节观察不清，但未见明显异常。
