阿托品联合短时遮盖治疗弱视的疗效观察

A curative effect comparatire observation of atropine combined short-time occlusion for creating amplyopia

目的 探讨阿托品联合短时遮盖治疗弱视的疗效。方法回顾性分析随机抽取的弱视治疗病例99例110只眼。18个月观察期内按遮盖治疗方式分为三组：A组：每天遮盖不少于8h；B组：周一至周五每日遮盖3～4h，周六、周日每天遮盖8h；C组：优势眼每日滴阿托品眼液一次，连续用药15d，停药15d，并每日遮盖优势眼4h。结果中度、重度弱视，屈光参差性弱视c组疗效优于A组，差异有统计学意义（中度弱视t：2．2272，P＜0．05；重度弱视t=2．8110，P＜0．01；屈光参差性弱视t=2．9722，P＜0．01）。视力提高程度C组高于A组，差异有统计学意义。疗程上C组较A、B组缩短，差异有统计学意义（B组与C组：X^2=9．413，P＜0．01；A组与c组：×^2=14．7489，P＜0．01）。结论阿托品联合短时遮盖有利于提高弱视治疗依从性，缩短疗程，提高治愈率。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of atropine combined short-time occlusion for treating amplyopia.Method Drawing amblyopia treated cases 99 examples 110eyes at random and carried them on an review analysis.According the treatment way, 3groups were divided： group A：covered superior eye more than 8 hours a day;group B：covered superior eye for 3 to 4 hours a day from Monday to Friday,and 8 hours a day for Saturday and Sunday;group C：The superior eye was droped atropine eye fluid once a day, drugs were applied this way for 15 days a month.At the same time, the superior eye was covered for 4 hours a day.All cases were observed for 18 months.Result The therapeutic effect of group C is better than group A for anisometropia amblyopia and moderate or specific weight amblyopia（moderate： t =2.2272, P 〈0,05 ; specific weight： t =2.8111, P〈0.01 ; anisometropia amblyopia： t =2.9722, P 〈0.01 ）.Treatment course of group C was shorter than group A and B （P 〈0.05）.Vision improvement degree of group C is better than group A.Conelusion Atropine combined short-time occlusion treating amplyopia can improve the treatment obeys and shorten treatment course, raises the cure rate,
