特比萘芬联合中药复方透骨草溶液治疗角化过度型足癣临床疗效观察

Treatment Effect of Terbinafine and Traditional Medicine Solution Compound in Treating Keratotic Tinea Pedis.

目的观察盐酸特比萘芬(兰美抒)口服联合中药复方透骨草浸泡治疗角化过度型足癣的临床疗效。方法采用随机对照法观察口服兰美抒联合中药浸泡(联合组)及单用兰美抒口服(兰美抒组)或中药浸泡(中药组)治疗角化过度型足癣的临床疗效。结果用药后2周联合组、兰美抒组的痊愈率、有效率均明显优于中药组(P<0.05);联合组的痊愈率、有效率略高于兰美抒组,但两者差异无显著性(P>0.05)。真菌学评价:用药后2周联合组真菌清除率80.00%,兰美抒组70.00%,中药组50.00%。联合组真菌清除率显著高于中药组(P<0.05)。除中药组1例患者出现接触性皮炎外,其余患者均未见显著不良反应。结论中西医结合治疗角化过度型足癣的临床效果好,且具有良好的安全性。

Objective To observe the clinical efficiency of Terbinafine and Traditional Medicine Solution Compound in Treating Keratotic Tinea Pedis. Methods A randomized controlled clinical trial was conducted to compare the combination group and terbinafine group and traditional group in treating keratotic tinea pedis. Results The fully recovery ratios and effective ratios of combination group and terbinafine group were obviously prior to traditional group in two weeks after stopping treatment （P 〈 0.05 ）. There were no statistically significant difference between combination group and terbinafine group of the fully recovery ratios and effective ratios （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The mycological effects of combination group was obviously prior to traditional group in two weeks after stopping treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. In this trial there was no obviously side-effect in all groups except for one case of contact dermatitis. Conclusion The combination group has good clinical efficiency in treating keratotic tinea pedis and the safety of combinational therapy was well evaluated.
