It is very common to describe the clinical manifestations of skin disease in an incomplete and discorderly manner. for a skin disease, the complete clinical manifestations should include eight aspects-the incidence, the personal characteristics, the characteristics of the time, the characteristics of the site, the characteristics of the rash,the symptoms, the characteristics of the mucosa and skin adnexa, and the performance of the whole body and other systems. In addition, there whould be a certain order to be followed when descripting the clinical manifestations of dermatoses. Finally, in this article, we chose psoriasis as an example on how to describe the clinical manifestation of skin disease in a comprehensive and orderly manner fashion.
