摘要 目的研究克-雅氏病(CJD)患者脑脊液中细胞因子白细胞介素(IL)-6的水平,探讨促炎性细胞因子在CJD疾病过程中的作用。方法病例分为CJD组、脑炎组和对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附实验检测脑脊液中IL-6的浓度。结果CJD患者脑脊液中IL-6水平明显升高,与对照组相比有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论促炎性细胞因子IL-6在CJD患者脑脊液中含量增加,在其神经变性过程中可能发挥重要的作用。 Objective To explore the level of cytokine interleukin 6 （IL-6） in the cerebrospinal fluid （CSF） of patients with Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease （CJD） and to investigate the effect of proinflammatory cytokine on the process of CJD. Methods Subjects were divided into CJD, encephalitis and control groups. The level of IL-6 in CSF was measured by ELISA. Results Compared with control group, the levels of IL-6 in CSF of CJD patients were significantly higher. Conclusions The level of proinflammatory IL-6 of CSF is increased in CJD patients, which may play an important role in the process of neural degeneration.
