冠心病患者IL-6及CRP血清水平检测的临床意义 被引量:13

摘要 目的探讨白细胞介素-6(IL-6)血清水平和C-反应蛋白(CRP)在监测冠心病病情及与冠状动脉病变程度的关系。方法142例冠心病患者,按临床诊断分为急性心肌梗死(AMI)组48例、不稳定性心绞痛(UAP)组45例、稳定性心绞痛(SAP)组49例,对照组50例。采用免疫透射比浊测定CRP,用酶联免疫吸附实验检测血清IL-6的水平,比较各组间的差异。结果AMI组、UAP组及SAP组的CRP及IL-6水平均比对照组高(P<0.05);AMI组、UAP组CRP及IL-6水平和SAP组相比,其值增加明显;AMI组和UAP组结果相似;IL-6水平与CRP变化呈正相关。结论血清CRP及IL-6可能是冠状动脉粥样硬化的标志,参与了冠心病的发病过程,其值与冠状动脉病变程度密切相关。 Objective To study the effect of the levels of serum interleukin-6 (IL-6) and C-reactive protein (CRP) on monitoring pathogenetic condition and the severity of coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods 148 CHD patients were divided into 3 groups, including 48 cases of acute myocardial infarction (AMI) ,45 cases of unstable angina (UAP) ,49 cases of stable angina (SAP) and control group consisted of 50 healthy people. The level of CRP was measured by immunoturbidimetric method, the level of IL-6 was measured by enzymelinked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the relationship between the level of IL-6 and CRP. Results The levels of IL-6 and CRP were significantly higher in AMI, UAP and SAP groups than those in control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Compared with SAP group, the levels of IL-6 and CRP were increased in AMI and UAP groups, while there was no significant difference between AMI group and UAP group. The level of CRP was positively associated with the level of IL-6. Conclusions Serum CRP and IL-6 may be the markers of coronary atherosclerosis and involved in the process of CHD. The levels of serum IL-6 and CRP are correlate with the severity of CHD.
