摘要
目的:探讨氟伐他汀(fluvastatin)治疗高脂血症患者的疗效分析。方法:对50例确诊动脉粥样硬化血脂异常的患者,以氟伐他汀40 mg/d,治疗6个月。用药前后测TC、TG、LDL-C和HDL-C,采用自身对照开放试验对比其疗效。结果:50例患者治疗前后,TC、TG和LDL-C分别降低了10.9%、39.6%和28.2%,HDL-C上升了0.24±0.09 mmol/L,前后对比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:氟伐他汀治疗高脂血症患者具有良好的调脂作用。
Objective：To study the effect of fluvastatin on the treatment of hyperlipemia. Methods：Fifty patients with hyperlipemia were treated with fluvastatin 40 rag,once a day. TC,TG, LDL-C and HDL-C were detected after 6 weeks. Results ： After treatment,TC, TG, LDL-C were decreased 10. 9 %, 39. 6 % and 28. 2 %, respectively. Otherwise, HDL-C increased 0.24 ± 0.09 mmol/L, there was significant difference between pre-and post-treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Fluvastatin was safe and effective for hyperlipemia.
