摘要
以添加600、1300、2000和2700mg/kg甜菜碱的饲粮分别饲喂1~24日龄艾维茵雏鸡24天,均明显地提高了采食量和生长速度,降低了料重比;并随添加剂量的增加呈增强趋势。添加2000mg/kg甜菜碱组效果最为显著;与不添加蛋氨酸组比,采食量增加了807%(P<001),日增重提高了1262%(P<001),料重比降低了435%(P<001)。与添加2000mg/kg蛋氨酸组比,采食量和日增重分别提高了616%(P<001)和639%(P<001),料重比降低了065%(P>005)。添加600mg/kg甜菜碱组,采食量、日增重和料重比与添加2000mg/kg蛋氨酸组效果基本一致(P>005)。此外,添加不同水平甜菜碱均明显改变了雏鸡的胴体组成和肉质。与不添加蛋氨酸组比,胸肌率显著提高(P<001),腹脂率明显降低(P<003),肌脂肪、肌酸和肌酸酐含量显著升高(P<005),与添加蛋氨酸组基本一致;但肌脂肪含量明显较高(P<004)。
