摘要
用186Gy60Coγ射线辐照玉米自交系E28天然杂种株上自由授粉的多穗行(22行)果穗种子,M1植株性状和穗部性状表现出明显的辐射生理损伤效应,M2,尤其是M3呈现出很高的性状变异性。通过对M3及其以后的3个世代的选择,选到了两个多穗行、抗病、紧凑型且配合力高的优良玉米种质材料。
The seeds of multiple row(22) ears of natural hybrid of maize self bred line E28 were irradiated with 186 Gy of 60 Co γ ray.The radiation physiological damage existed in plants and ears of M 1.The character variation rates of M 2 and M 3,especially M 3,were very high.Two maize germ plasm material with good characters such as multiple rows,disease resistance,compact conformation and high combining ability were obtained.
