摘要 介绍了出血危险度分级,从低分子肝素抗凝法、鱼精蛋白中和肝素抗凝法、局部枸橼酸抗凝法、生理盐水冲洗法、吸附法及特殊材料膜透析器的应用方面综述了出血倾向病人血液透析抗凝方法。 It introduced the grading of bleeding risks of patients. It summarized anticoagulation method for patients accepting hemodialysis with bleeding tendency from aspects of applying low molecular heparin anticoagulation, protamine neutralization heparin anticoagulation, local citric acid anticoagulation, normal saline irrigation, adsorptive process and special materials membrane dialyzer methods.
