高剂量γ射线辐照花粉对苹果座果结实的影响 被引量:1

摘要 高剂量γ射线处理花粉影响苹果的座果结实,剂量越高,结实率越低,1000~1500Gy的剂量处理花粉,大部分花粉仍具活力,适于授粉,辐照花粉引起的严重落果主要发生在授粉后的20~30d内,在试验的2个品种即Bela、辽伏和富士中,1000~1500Gyγ射线处理花粉均能诱导产生一定数量的种子。
