摘要
】在总结三峡地区生态经济的变迁和区情评价的基础上，分析了生态约束和移民约束与可持续发展的关系。指出了三峡地区的根本出路在于切实建立有强大生命力的三峡经济区。而经济区的建立、发育、壮大和完善，必须与可持续发展有机地结合，并论证了大移民经济发展的战略。
Based on a summary of the historical changes in the ecology and economy of the Sanxia (the Three Gorges) region and an appraisal of the present regional situation, this paper dwells on the relationship between ecological restraint and population resettlement restraint, on the one hand, and sustainable development, on the other, and points out that the fundamental way out for the region lies in the successful establishment of a powerful Sanxia Economic Zone and that the establishment, growth and maturation of the economic zone should be intimately combined with the sustainability of development. The strategy of “massive migration and economic development” is expounded.
