摘要 肺癌是引起人类死亡的主要病因之一,因为缺乏早期诊断的有效方法,近十几年虽然各种肿瘤的生存率得到了不同程度的提升,但是肺癌的5年存活率仍然不到10%。蛋白质组学是继基因组学后提出的一个新概念。它在肺癌中的应用使得我们对肺癌的发病机制有了更深的认识,为寻找肺癌各种特异性生物标记物提供了更好的平台,为肺癌的诊断和鉴别诊断提供了更好的依据。本文主要介绍了蛋白质组学的主要研究方法及其在肺癌诊断和鉴别诊断中的研究现状。 Lung cancer is a leading cause of death all over the world. With the development of diagnosis technology,survival rate of tumor is elevated in different degrees,but five-year survival rate of lung cancer is still less than 10%. Proteomies is a new concept after genomies. The use of proteomies in lung cancer research lets pepole more understand pathogenesy. It is also a useful tool to find new biolmarkers,and provides good evidence for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of lung cancer. This review mainly introduces the research method of proteomic and the use in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of lung cancer.
