摘要
基因芯片技术是建立在杂交序列基本理论上的分子生物学技术,具有高度平行性、多样性、微型性和自动化的特点。由于其克服了传统核酸印迹杂交技术操作复杂、自动化程度低、效率低的缺点,在疾病研究中发挥着越来越重要的作用,其在呼吸系统疾病研究中的应用也越来越深入。本文综述了基因芯片技术在部分呼吸系统疾病研究中的应用,并简述了其在本系统疾病研究中的应用前景。
Gene chip technology is a molecular biology technique based on the theory of hybridization sequenicing. It has many features, such as high parallelism,multiplicity,miniature and automation. Because it overcomes the complex operation,low automaticity and efficiency of traditional methods,gene chip is playing a more and more important role in the study of diseases,and respiratory diseases are no exception going in depth. This article reviews the application of gene chip technology for the part of the respiratory system diseases, and summaries its application prospect.
