成神经细胞瘤肿瘤干细胞鉴别研究进展
Progress of identification of cancer stem cells in neuroblastoma
摘要
成神经细胞瘤（NB）是起源于神经嵴细胞的胚胎性恶性肿瘤。神经嵴的胚胎细胞性质、肿瘤细胞的异质性以及肿瘤的自行消退表明，肿瘤可能是起源于干细胞。NB肿瘤干细胞的鉴别研究取得了长足进展，NB细胞系存在的三种细胞中，Ⅰ型细胞最具肿瘤干细胞性质，具有自我更新、多向分化及显著的恶性潜能，并且与临床病程密切相关。
