大学的转型与高水平大学的建设已成为众多大学的战略选择。本文认为大学成功转型的关键在于实现大学教师的成功转型与发展,而成为学者是大学教师转型与发展的方向。学科是学者的土壤,学科的组织化、合理的教师遴选与评价和分流机制的构建、学术本位的文化氛围营造是大学教师走向学者的实现路径。

It has been a strategic choice for many universities to carry out the transition of university and build the high-level university. The key factor to realize the successful transition is to achieve the successful transition and development of teachers in the direction of becoming the ＂scholar＂. Disciplines are the soils for the growth of the scholars and the paths for the successful transition from teacher to scholar include the organization of disciplines, the building of reasonable teacher-selecting system, the establishment of evaluation and distribution system and the construction of the academy-based culture.
