大豆抗营养因子对生长蛋鸡小肠内胰酶活性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 采用480只海兰褐蛋用雏鸡,以熟豆饼日粮为对照,从3周或9周开始给饲3个水平的生大豆日粮(4%,9%和13%),每期每个日粮4个重复,观察不同梯度大豆抗营养因子对不同生理阶段的生长蛋鸡小肠内胰蛋白酶活性的影响。在8,13和18周末每个重复随机抽取试鸡2只屠宰,观察小肠内容物胰蛋白酶活性的变化。结果表明,不同生理阶段给饲不同梯度大豆ANFs对8,13和18周龄雏鸡小肠内容物胰蛋白酶活性没有显著影响。 To investigate the effects of the diets containing varying levels of raw soybean on trypsin activities in small intestine during different periods,a trail was conducted with 480 female chickens.The diets containing three levels of raw soybean(4%,9%,and 13%)were fed to the birds at the end of the 2nd or 8th week by using the heated soybean meal diets as the control.Each dietary included four replicates with 18 or 16 chickens per group.Two chickens of each group were at random selected for determinations of trypsin activities in small intestines at the 8,13 or 18 weeks old.The results indicated that respite of the birds fed raw soybean from the 2 or 8 weeks old,trypsin activities in small intestines were not significantly different at the end of the 8th,13th or 18th week( P >0.05).
