山何胶囊对高血脂模型大鼠降血脂作用的实验研究

Laboratory study of Shanhe Capsule on Reducing Blood Lipid in Hyperlipemia Model Rats

目的研究山何胶囊对高血脂模型大鼠的降血脂作用。方法60只SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、山何胶囊高剂量组(高剂量组)、山何胶囊中剂量组(中剂量组)、山何胶囊低剂量组(低剂量组)、阳性对照组6组,每组10只。正常对照组和模型组给予等体积生理盐水,各给药组给予相应剂量的药物。给药1h后,除正常对照组外,其余各组给予脂肪乳灌胃,每天0.5mL/只。连续给药30d,于末次给药后禁食24h,股动脉取血、离心,制备血清,按照试剂盒说明书对各组大鼠血清甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)进行测定。结果与正常对照组比较,模型组TC、TG、LDL-C明显升高(P<0.05),HDL-C明显下降(P<0.05);与模型组比较,高剂量组、中剂量组、阳性对照组TC、TG、LDL-C明显降低(P<0.05),HDL-C明显升高(P<0.05);高剂量组TC、TG、LDL-C及HDL-C与阳性对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论山何胶囊有较好的降血脂作用,值得进一步开发应用。

Objective To study Shanhe Capsule on reducing blood lipid in hyperlipemia model rats. Methods 60 SD rats were divided randomly into normal control group, model group, high-dosage of Shanhe Capsule group （ high - dosage group ） , middle - dosage of Shanhe Capsule group（middle - dosage group） ,low-dosage of Shanhe Capsule group （ low - dosage group） and positive control group. Physical saline of equal volume was administered in normal control and model groups, and the corresponding drugs were in the rest groups. 1hr later after medication, except normal control group, gastric perfusion with fat emulsion was provided in the other groups, 0.5ml/rat each day, continuously for 30 days. Fasting for 24hr after the last medication, blood was collected from femoral artery and centrifuged to prepare serum. In light of the kit struc- ture,TC,TG, HDL - C and LDL - C in serum were examined in rats of each group. Results Compared with normal control group, the outcomes of TC, TG and LDL - C in model group were increased apparently （ P 〈 0. 05 ）and HDL- C decreased apparently（ P 〈 0.05 ）in model group. Compared with model group,the outcomes of TC, TG and LDL - C were deceased apparently（ P 〈 0.05 ） and HDL - C increased apparently （ P 〈 0.05 ） in high and middle dosage groups and positive control group. Compared with positive control group, there was no significant differences in the outcomes of TC, TG, LDL - C and HDL - C in high - dosage group （ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Shanhe Capsule can reduce blood lipid well and deserves to be further developed.
