失地农民社区拆迁及重建中的利益博弈分析

An Interest Game Analysis on the Course of Lost-land Farmer Community Demolition and Reconstruction

失地农民社区拆迁与重建过程中的利益主体主要有地方政府、失地农民、用地单位三者。这三者之间存在着利益博弈,这种地方政府与失地农民、地方政府与用地单位之间两次博弈的格局使失地农民在博弈中经常处于弱势地位,最终形成了非均衡的利益分配格局。文章通过对这三者利益博弈的分析,尝试构建一种新型的利益博弈模型,以确保失地农民社区的拆迁与重建工作顺利运作。

The subject of interest on the course of outskirts of a city community demolition and reconstruction mainly have local government, lost-land farmer and land user. There are interest game among the three subjects. This quadratic games pattern makes farmer disadvantageness in the game, and at last lead to unbalanced interest distribution pattern. For making lost-land farmer community demolition reconstruction harmonious, this article try to remolding a new interest game model.
