Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. is a global pharmaceutical company ranked among the top ten pharmaceutical companies in the world. The packaging project brief for the generic range of products demanded a system of coding that would make the different medications clearly distinguishable from one another. This requirement was necessary in order to make the pharmacist＇s task of quick identification and handling of the products much easier. For the end user as well a clear identification of the product minimizes the risk of accidentally taking the wrong medication. After successfully incorporating a new design for all TEVA Generic products in Israel, the design was adopted by the Polish market with minor adaptations.
