摘要
本文主要讲述了医院如何利用计算机软件工程、互联网络技术、语音处理技术、移动通讯技术等高新技术结合现代医疗管理模式,以患者电子病历信息库为基础建立患者医疗咨询服务平台,以有效解决患者来院就诊前和在医院就诊结束离开医院后的医疗咨询与跟踪服务的需要,更加有效地为来医院就诊的患者提供更方便、更快捷、更体现人性化的服务。
This article mainly narrate how did the hospital to use the computer software engineering, the intemet technology, the pronunciation processing technology, the motion communication technology and so on the high-teeh union modem medical service management pattern, built the patient medical service advisory service platform take the patient electron medical record database as the foundation front, came the courtyard by the effective addressing patient to receive a medical examination and reeeives a medieal examination the conclusion after the hospital to leave the hospital medical consultation and the track service need, effectively for came the patient which the hospital received a medical examination to provide conveniently, quickly, manifests the human nature service.
